Thank you for shopping with us.
No returns on Special Order (non-stocking) or Electrical Parts.
No returns on parts not verified with VIN.
Parts returns must be within 30 days of sale. Orders will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
No refund on freight charges unless defective or incorrect part received (with VIN lookup option).
Orders exceeding 50 lbs in weight or 48 inches in length are classified as oversized and will incur higher freight charges. These orders require manual review.
TRP Parts (Theft Relevant Parts) such as: keys, locks, ignition switch, ECU, instrument clusters, etc. are only sold in person at your local MB Dealer.
We do not sell or ship dangerous goods items or glass windows etc.
