• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• 20% restocking fee on all returned parts.
• Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging and uninstalled.
• No returns on Special Order (non-stocking) or Electrical Parts.
• Return request needs to be within 30 days of receipt.
• No returns on parts not verified with VIN.
• No refund on freight charges unless defective or incorrect part received (with VIN lookup option).

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped.
• No cancellation or return on special ordered parts.
